Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sales target are achieving and maintain
- Ensuring that our product is adequately stocked for selling
- Ensuring that staffs are follow company grooming standard
- Coordinate delivery schedule to make sure product are delivery on
time
- Do report and report to superior
- Develop marketing plan and execute
- Coordinate with QSR team for staffing issues
- Maintain current supplier and looking for new supplier
- Ensuring that tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned
and sanitized
- Creating suitable work schedules for staff members
- Appraising staff performance and carrying out the necessary
disciplinary measures to address poor performance
- Training staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following
proper food handling procedures
- Strategically arranging product items in display cases to
encourage customer purchases
- Inspecting product items to ensure that established standards on
quality, uniformity, and aesthetic appeal are met
Requirements:
- At least from Graduate of University of Sale & Marketing or
connected background
- Be able to work flexible include opening, Mid shift, closing and
some holiday
- Proven experience managing product.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
