Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities: 1. Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat). 2. You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals. 3. Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service. 4. Continuously identify work process improvements. 5. To supervise all work and functioning of the team members and assess them on basis of their performance as well as providing Beyond Standards services to our customers. 6. Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required. 7. Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times. 8. Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, top up/withdraw queries etc. 9. Organize relevant training to team to meet departmental goals as well as to improve team personal quality. 10. Assist in employee recruitment, training, and disciplining. 11. Prepare monthly reports for manager with regards to the entire department’s performance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Required language(s): Proficient in Thai and English both written and spoken as to serve customers in the area of Thailand. 2. Candidate with at least 2 year(s) of experience in the area of Customer Service and Support in online gaming field preferred. 3. Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused. 4. Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills. 5. Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills. 6. Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment. 7. Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels.
