Job Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Technical Manager who will help us continue to build industry disruptive tech products and revolutionize the way our customers use technology. Responsibilities * Manage all technical activities to achieve operational outcomes, including timelines, expected stakeholders experience, and prioritizing and allocating workflow. * Provide timely and effective advice, information and technical interpretation on IT matters, in a manner easily interpreted by stakeholders. * Be the key point of contact for all stakeholders and proactively understand & anticipate to their business needs. * Evaluate and respond to operational or service delivery issues to ensure that business risks are minimized. * Monitor, review and analyze incident management performance metrics and recurring issues/requests. * Supervise and provide support for a range of devices, hardware, software, network, systems and other related technologies. * Monitor the daily installation statistics and be responsible for technicians’ productivity.
Job Requirements:
Requirements * Degree in Information Technology &/Or Engineering * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in related industry and technical background with knowledge of technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a team * Regional team leading experience will be good to have * Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application usage and PC troubleshooting * Knowledge of Project Management. * Ability to use Excel to Reconcile Billing/Reporting/Data Exports * Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box
