Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operations of the technical and presale department • Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues • Work with department management to assign resources to projects • Support sales and marketing department if required • Check the quality of work at customer sites • Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff • Assign duties and tasks to staff as required • Plan and implement improvements in department procedures • Improve staff technical skills and quality of work
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science • At least 3 years of experience in electronic or IT equipment • Good skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting • Management and leadership skill is required • Dynamic, motivated, and well organized • Flexible and be able to meet deadlines • Extensive experience in any of the following
