Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, • Establish Admin standards and procedures, • Manage recruiting and employee testing programs, • Conduct performance appraisal and propose reward a scheme on a regular basis, • Continually evaluates compensation policies and procedure, • Maintain and updates admin/hr policy on a regular basis, • Inform management of critical human resources situation and issues, including changes in manpower needs, legal consideration, hiring/disciplinary/ termination practices, • To establish admin/Human Resources Dept. objectives, plans, budget and policies, • Maintains company staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes, • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, • Performance of the Admin/HR functions on recruitment and selection to ensure that our vacancies are attracting candidates and offering the right positions to the right candidates, • Continuously develop and revise human resources policy and other regulations on a timely basis to ensure they are reflecting to need and compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, • Manage the HR filings both documents to ensure that those documents are filed and entries properly and privately., • 通過更新工作來維護工作結構 所有職位的要求和職位描述, • 建立管理標準和程序, • 管理招聘和員工測試計劃, • 進行績效考核並提出獎勵方案 定期制定計劃, • 持續評估薪酬政策並 程序, • 定期維護和更新管理/人力資源政策, • 為關鍵人力資源的管理提供信息 情況和問題,包括人力變動 需求、法律考慮、僱用/紀律/ 終止做法, • 建立行政/人力資源部的目標、計劃、 預算和政策, • 通過建立招聘、 測試和麵試計劃; 輔導 經理對候選人的選擇; 進行和 分析離職面談; 建議改變, • 通過建立 並開展定向和培訓計劃, • 行政/人力資源職能在招聘和 選擇以確保我們的空缺職位具有吸引力 候選人並為他們提供合適的職位 合適的候選人, • 不斷開發和調整人力資源 及時出台政策和其他規定 確保它們反映了需求和合規性 根據柬埔寨勞動法, • 管理人力資源備案這兩個文件,以確保 這些文件已歸檔且條目正確,並且 私下里.,
Job Requirements:
