Job Responsibilities:
Specific: • Collaborate with internal business and planning video production. Such as social content, short docs, education/training, meetings, and company initiatives, • Set the standard and implements the pre-production process, workflow, and review process for producers and editors, • Manage stakeholder reviews and feedback, • As needed, assist in setting up cameras, filming, lighting and helping design and prop sets, • Write or edit scripts and have a strong influence on video content of health center;
Job Requirements:
Core Competencies: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in video production or related field, • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or any software connected suitable necessary, • Minimum 2+ years of video production/project management experience, • Experience coaching and developing a team, • Experience producing videos for C-level executives, • Skilled in scoping planning, executing, and evaluating videos with precise detail in a deadline-driven environment, • Strategic thinker and solution-orientated partner, able to prioritize and manage work, • Good English & Khmer verbal and written communication skills, • Strong people management and leadership skills, • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior executives, • Team player who is comfortable receiving feedback and creative critique, • Positive attitude and team player with a willingness to roll up sleeves when necessary, What we need from you: - an ID card, vaccination card, certification of birth, resident book, etc., - Qualification letter, portfolios., - Resume both of Ms word, PDF etc., via: job.hre@gmail.com - Long-terms declaration form of candidate commitment., - Cambodian nationality and locally only., - Salary while interview & face to face details., - Working at Phnom Penh, Cambodia.,
