• Employee Probation Management - Salary Increment, Employee Transfer and Promotion processing and recording • Compensate and Allowance Management (Phone, Meal, Gasoline, Accommodation, flight budget, Seniority, welfare for employee, etc.) • Prepare and process of multi-state payroll for all employees • Response to internal employee payroll inquiries in a timely • HR Petty Cash Reimbursement - Payroll and Pay slip Management • Issue work recommendation letter • Keep updating the employee master list • Assist Deputy of HR Manager on recruitment and selection function • Assist deputy of HR Manager on following up and keeping up to date on HR regulation and policies implementation • Filing and storing employee’s profile (employment agreement, JD, NDA, etc.) • Perform Other Tasks Assigned by Manager and Top Management

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or related skills • 2 or 3 years of experience in payroll processing required • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment • Problem solving skills from all perceptions • English and Chinese is a plus.
