Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Rep in collecting and arranging supporting
documents for credit application
Prepare sales contracts and other administrative documents
Liaise with Sales Rep, Admin Department to ensure that sales
contracts and collateral contracts are valid
Assist Sales Rep in putting the request of Sales Invoices and
Sales Orders
Assist Sales Rep to prepare credit request
Prepare daily and monthly sales productivity dashboard
Support Sales Rep with general operations to help reach the
team’s objectives
Assist sales rep to take phone call from customers with related
to sales and delivery matters when sales rep is not available
Assist Sales Rep in managing quality customer profile and
portfolio and maintain accurate records
Be vigilant on any early credit warning signs and produce
immediate report to Sales Team
Requirements:
Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
At least 2 years working in Sales or related fields
Knowledge of petroleum industry practices
Good English proficiency
Strong organizational and interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to conduct comparative market analysis
Ability to travel
Collaborative team player
Entrepreneurial and action oriented
Effective communication skills in a variety of communication
settings
