Responsibilities:

• Delivery sales target and annual performance provided by manager. • Make a cold calling to target clients and have a face to face meeting • Ability to negotiate and closed deals with retail customer. • Prepare weekly & monthly performance review in activity plans to Sales Manager. • Retain existing and expand new customer. • Approach, Leads & Coach sales team by positive ways to delivers sales targeted. • Managing & monitoring daily / weekly /monthly/ yearly close sales target. • Flexible solving problems and observation customer inquiries. • Sales performance or KPI base on sales achievement and individual performed. • Strongly commitment and internal & external cooperate and communication skills. • Sociality research and explores customer and networking.

Requirements:

• Male/Female. • Experience in Interior Design or Construction industry is preferred. • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Good in Khmer, and English. • Strong Communication Skill. • Know how to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Friendly, Honesty, flexible and Hard working.
