Sales/ Business Development
-Ensure all tasks and targets assigned by the Sales Supervisor are completed and achieved in a timely manner and with good quality.
-Work with Sales Mobile App system that is provided by company.
-Conduct market research and identify opportunities to establish new outlets in new or existing areas. Initiate, coordinate, negotiate and validate sponsorship or any relationship contracts in a professional and cost-effective manner.
-Monitor inventory level and quality using, among of others, First-in First-out (FIFO) method, and inspect the expiration dates of products to ensure all products meet quality standards.
-Assess customers’ needs and preferences, including different terms and conditions of trade, terms of payment, provision of support (shop signs, branding, product distribution, Point Of Sales Materials (POSM), credit, Localized Consumer Promotions (LCP), to leverage sales and enhance partnership satisfaction.
-Maintain good relationships with distributors and outlets. Settle any problems by initiating best-fit solutions that enable both parties to continue its mutually beneficial partnership.
-Check, control, and record distributors’ claims, sponsorship and outlet contracts, and other relevant documents in the database.
-Review issues raised by Telemarketing department on sales. performance. Provide response in a timely and responsible manner. Take proactive or reactive actions to solve the issues as required.
-Generate daily and monthly activities reports to submit to immediate supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
-At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or a related area.
-Familiarity with sales and marketing strategy
-Knowledge of different beverage products/market and customer preferences.
-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
-Strong business acumen
-Demonstrated commitment to learn and to share learnt knowledge
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills
-Strong communications and interpersonal skills
-Ability to think creatively and innovatively
-Ability to work under pressure
Valid driver license
-Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hard working
-Able to work in provinces
