Job Responsibilities: * Work closely with the management team to plan and develop strategic goals to take the business to the next level, shape the business model and execute accordingly. * Take ownership of P&L, financial statements, reports and implement business initiatives based on data interpretation. * Oversee and manage the overall sales activities of the company in the country, including sales team, project delivery, back-office operation, partnership team, accounting & legal related matters. * Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore new opportunities. * Implement market strategies to drive sustainable sales.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements: *Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a tier 1 University. * Excellent English Language skills & Khmer Language. * Experience in team management. * Excellent Communication skills. * General Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. * Meticulous, organised and well structured. * Ambitious and driven by success. * Loves 1st place. * Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Enterprise sales or system integrations.
