Responsibilities:

Our client is a leading MNC in the logistics and supply chain industry, providing comprehensive ocean and air freight forwarding services. Job Description: Our client is looking for a sales executive (pure hunter sales) to develop new businesses and bring in existing clients to the company, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct visits to potential clients to acquire new clients and develop new businesses. 2. Strategic planning and to examine potential clients if they are potentially profitable to get new businesses. 3. Build long-term relationships with customers by keeping updated with market information, utilize all available resources to retain customers. 4. Responsible for GP (Gross Profit) and market share. 5. CRM system management to record and report all sales activities, including client visits, outcome of meetings, sales leads etc. 6. Understand the freight forwarding industry, products and services to deliver solutions to clients in order to gain new businesses. 7. Assess risks and opportunities. 8. Participate in training conducted by the company for conducting sales activities.

Requirements:

Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of sales experience, at least 1 year of experience (sales or operational) in the freight forwarding industry. 2. Understand the ocean and air freight industry, such as documentation, import-export processes etc. 3. Sales-driven, candidates with existing clients preferred. 4. Fluent in spoken and written English. 5. Willingness to travel to meet clients.
