• Facilitate successful client integration. • Provide information on territorial sales and sales planning forecast (including prospect qualification and local intelligence). • Generate businesses as assigned by Sales Manager. • Follow up on sales lead and coordinate with overseas offices. • Handle and channel enquiries to the respective departments. • Issue quotations as per instructions and furnish regular reports to the sales manager. • Responsible for coordinating with assigned accounts and manage their expectations. • Handle and process complaints/claims by customers and be well-versed with the sales processes. • Provide updated market information and maintain good customer relations. • Take up additional tasks as assigned by sales manager • Able to work closely with other departments within the company and external partners.

• Good command of English a must. Good command of the Chinese language is a plus. • Have own transportation for sales visits. • Functional/industry experience in freight forwarding and logistics. • Expertise in air / sea / customs brokerage will be an advantage. • Good local knowledge of customers, competitors and suppliers. • Possess quality customer contacts and have good understanding of customer requirements. • Analyze and resolve problems/complaints by customers. • Hard-working, punctual, flexible and patient. • Good work attitude and be able to work under pressure. • Strong interpersonal and team building as well as negotiation skills • Be computer literate
