Job Responsibilities:

**Duties •Lead all sales activities with sales team •Set-up sales plan for sales team every month •Implement sales strategies and propose activity plan for sales dealer to achieve sales volume target (Monthly) •Develop new dealer sales channel •Collect dealers' information and propose promotion for dealers channel •Build a good relationship with Dealers •Check and follow up dealers daily, weekly and monthly to propose dealers to order new products •Implement the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure fully equipped to motivate the sales team and dealers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance. •Weekly and monthly report to Manager •Other tasks will ask by Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

**Requirements •Have experience with Sale Concrete Age 25-40, Cambodia candidate •Male •An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person. •Minimum 2 – 3 years of sales experience in sales sup •Someone open to learn and that wants to grow in organization •Be flexible and negotiation skill
