We are looking for an experienced Sale Manager:
- Location: Kratie province
- Full-Time
- Salary: $400 - $700
- Specialized in:
• Real estate Marketing and Sale
• Sale training
Responsibility and Duties
- Develop Marketing and Sale strategy
- Actively seeking solutions for marketing and sale obstacles
- Conduct Marketing Research and Analysis
- Data collecting and develop report templates
- Sale forecast and marketing budget planning
- Organize marketing and sale activity
- Develop and layout JD, Quota and KPI to sale team
- Train the sale team to perform and meet the expected sale target
- Monitor, Evaluate, Report and continuously Improve Sale performance of the sale team
- Manage and oversee social media page
Requirements:
Requirements
- Experience 4 years in real estate sale
- Capable of using various relevant Microsoft office software
- Good communicator and interpersonal skill
- Good leadership, capable of training the sale team effectively
- Self-Initiated, suggestive and not just following instruction
- Resilience, can work under-pressure, deadline-driven task accomplisher
