Responsibilities:

1. Serve all guests in “the Shop”. Provide fast and efficient service of food and beverage in a courteous manner. Ensure correct billing procedures, provides excellent service to guests, ensuring level of service meets “the Shop” standards. - Set tables. - Welcome and advice guests on the menu and drinks. - Take costumers orders and pass them to the back counter staff and cook. - Serve food and drinks in a nice, friendly and fast way. - Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. - Process bills and present them to customers. - Handle money or credit cards. - Take orders for take away or delivery. - Clear and clean tables and return dishes, glasses etc. to the back counter. - Keep “the Shop” clean and tidy. 2. Must be well presented, with good memory, polite and patient, friendly, efficient and speedy. Enjoy working with people. 3. Work as a team player, work close together with your colleges and the back counter staff. Take direct orders and given instructions about labor schedules and services from your manager or supervisor and follow up on them.

Requirements:

- Working time 13:30pm to 8:30pm - Working Place @The Shop 102 branch on St. 102, #1B, in Central Mension apartment. - Must be able to speak, read and write in proper English. - All written communication will be provided in English - Work on your spoken and written English skills.
