Responsibilities:
1- Conduct regular visits and maintain good relationship with target
customers;
2- Provide regular reports on visits/calls to the management;
3- Identify key target customers and provide feedback on
promotional activities based on information collected;
4- Collaborate closely with owner/management
plan and implement promotional strategies and activities in line
with the assigned product and area
5- Maintain effective coordination with superior to evaluate target
achievement the sales forecast and customer behavior
6- Complete monthly and quarterly sales target
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field is a plus
2- 1-2 years’ sales experience and/or pharmaceutical marketing is a
plus
3- Understanding of the business and organizational structure of
pharma and healthcare sector
4- Product and therapeutic classification knowledge is a plus
5- Ability to learn fast and positive attitude
6- Good presentation and oral communication skills
7- Self-motivated, creative and well organized
8- Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer
orientation
9- Ability to travel and make regular visits to target customers
10- Good command of writing and speaking of English and Khmer,
internet-email, outlook, (is a plus utilities: line, telegram
whatsapp)
