1. Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization. 2. Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications. 3. Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications. 4. Plan work flow and schedules for production departments. 5. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery. 6. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. 7. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities. 8. Notify customers on any delays and outages. 9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. 10. Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements. 11. Assist in new product development and enhancements. 12. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. 13. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. 14. Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production. 15. Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

1. Qualification and requirement experience Planning Manager, IE, Fabric system, check it style textile garment. 2. Minimum 3-5 years experience Planning, Production management necessary 3. Formal English both of writing and Communication conference abroad 4. Computer literature, Fabric system and Planning management priority 5. Understanding IE, style, production and planning involving 6. The module receives information about the production status of each work center and the progress of each order, and compares them with the scheduled ones (usually on a daily basis) 7. Informed about the actual production situation and any eventual deviations 8. The manager to determine the exact quantities to be daily produced and the corresponding jobs’ sequencing and machine loading 9.
