Responsibilities:
• Provides efficient administration support to the GM. • Represents the GM’s office and makes sure that all follow-ups are organized and efficiently managed. During his travel, follows up on all business leads and deadlines internally with key stakeholders. • Manages all incoming calls and handles appropriately. • Manages schedules for the GM and prepares for Meetings all the required information/presentations. • Takes meeting minutes on select meetings and distributes minutes in a timely manner. • Reviews and organizes incoming mails and handles / responds as appropriate, exercising due degree of maturity and prudence. • Provides analytical support where required for the GM. • Organizes and manages travel schedules with administration support and ensures that all travel related follow-ups are handled effectively, ensuring a smooth and trouble free travel process. • Prepares and manages all expense reports and necessary follow-ups. • Prepares presentations and speaker notes for the GM and follows up on other technological requirements at the external meeting locations. • Effectively follows up with all Internal team members and ensures timely flow of required information and data. • Effectively utilizes calendar to plan the week and month ahead for all the meetings and scheduled appointments. • Effectively manages the address book of the GM and ensures that all relevant contacts are updated. • Manages the administration support required for the GM’s office and acts as a liaison between the GM and external business associates. • Supports the GM in all Marketing Communication efforts and also plays a key role in managing the Thai Language based business efforts. • Participates in all meetings where appropriate and ensures effective follow up on relevant points. • Plays an active role in the day-to-day operations of the office • Represent the GM office with due decorum and business intelligence required at appropriate forums. • Maintain absolute confidentiality • Provide general support in the Project coordination & Management follow up.
Requirements:
• University Degree(s) in Business or related discipline • Strong flair for organisation and administration. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Understanding of another international language and local language will be an advantage. (Thai/ Chinese and Khmer) • Prior work experience of either managing a Senior Business Leader’s office or being a part of Hospitality operations and supervising a team. • Successful candidate shall be detail-oriented, organized, efficient and enthusiastic while taking on new challenges and learning in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
