Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and interpreting physicians prescription - Detect therapeutic incompatibilities, drug and drug interaction and discuss with ordering physicians if needed - Prepare medication according to physicians and sign on patients prescription - Dispense medication wit prepared packaging and correct labeling including drug name, dosage, route of administration, and duration of treatment along with correct patient's code, name and sex - Explain patients on how to administrator the drug and possible side effect

Requirements:

- At least professional academic yearly, University degree in pharmacy or related - Male or Female are encouraged apply - Good knowledge of health, enjoy working with patients & develop healthy criteria relationship - Good communication in Khmer and English both writing and speaking - Positive attitude and passionate at workplace - Good presentation, interpersonal, time management punctuality. - Flexible, commitment, patient, pressure is the best choice of the candidate are in apply. - Computer MS, Data record, VBA, internet & email
