• Develop and Implement of the Marketing Strategy, core brand plan & promotion plan. • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities • Lead the pricing strategy for all brand and products and overseeing the company marketing budget • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations • Competitor understanding and analysis by review our strategy & tactical plan aligned with company objective and competitor activity. • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. • Event promotion and strategy planner: collaborative role in development of brand event programming for core food & beverage event • Branding & PR. Collaborate with the designer to create thought leadership messaging and PR on native commerce and online media monetization. Create efficient processes for ensuring vendor marketplace products are representative of our mission and brand. Meticulously monitor, edit, and evangelize our brand and capabilities across the web. • Manage the Auskhmer Digital Marketing strategy – Web presence and E-Marketing: Website Management, Creation of E-Newsletter, Fabebook & Linkedin company Page Management • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. • Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, event including print, flyer designed, invitation, wine & food menu. • Drive strategy and plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, remodels and rebranding campaigns • Approve all local print advertising and manage graphic designers on ad creation • Qualitative marketing research such as focus groups and various types of interview • Quantitative Marketing research, such as statistical surveys
• At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing Management level, Business Planning, Market Research, Brand Management, Brand building and Positioning • Qualified chartered marketer, strong analytical and project management skills. • Confident and dynamic personality, strong creative outlook. • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results • Strong project management skills, problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking • Fluent in English and computer literacy with relevant design applications.
