Responsibilities:
1- Manager transportation for employee, workers & visitors and
cargos daily
2- Control car's report monthly such as gasoline distance of using
car for weekly and monthly
3- Process visa, passport of expats and control report weekly and
monthly
4- Reception such register name prepare foods meals water etc.,
5- Manage local and expat accommodation weekly and monthly
6- Request for buying staff accommodation, cleaning material and
staff food & groceries monthly & yearly
7- Reservation accommodation visitors weekly & monthly and yearly
8- Manager and monitoring cookers, uniform, materials (spoon,
cup, dish) and cookers, kitchen monthly and yearly
9- Manager of drivers of their working schedule and control their OT
and their meal monthly
10- Control listing of staffs have foods daily meal and monthly
11- Do list union for allowance every months of monthly
12- Do list welfare fund weekly
13- Check list loading at security everyday daily
14- Process account number when have staff start to work
Requirements:
1- Male or Female (Female encourage to applying this position)
2- Bachelor Degree fields
3- 1 year of experience admin/HR, office clerk or assistant
4- Excellence Local and good in English both of speaking and writing
5- Ms office, punctuality , time management, flexible, honesty
6- Team management, relationship, building capacity, willing and
commitment
7- Other management assigned
