Responsibilities:
WorldBridge Outsourcing Solution Co. Ltd offer 24/7 data processing services, data analysis services, contact center services, field activation services, survey research, HR outsourcing services, and IT solutions services etc. Now we are looking for 2 qualified candidates to fulfill the position of IT Support Officer based in Phnom Penh. Job Responsibilities: - Manages computer operations, basic networking, user helpdesk, and user computer training. - Coordinates the work of all employees assigned to the support group including operations, training. - Assists team members in Technical Support activities for the system. - Compiles, maintains, and reviews all reports, daily support ticket. - Proper documentation on all the system deployed within the company is in place and up to date. - Collecting all the feedback from the end user on all the systems deployed in the company environment and circulate to all the related parties. - Act as a central of communication point for IT department. - Produce monthly reports for management that relate to computer use, priorities, and downtime. - Works closely and cooperatively with all IT sections to achieve the IT department goals. - Assist in all the task which assigned by the line manager and/or head of IT Infrastructure - To be proactive in responding to user issues and maintain “sense of urgency” at all time - Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software - Conduct and report daily maintenance check (Daily Maintenance Check List, Prepare Machine Check List) - Monitor the system including workstation, Office Equipment, Security Camera and provide preventative reports on any suspicious finding - Report on operational tasks and maintenance in weekly basis
Requirements:
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science / programing - Minimum one-year experience in ISP / outsourcing server sectors - Good analytical skills, interpersonal and detailed oriented - Good scene of judgement and problem solving - Understand of IT Service Management - Understand of IT Security is a plus - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Good written and spoken English - Honest, innovative, and flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (1.30 hours break for lunch) Saturday, 8.00 am to 12.00pm
