Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science - 2 years’ experience in an IT service desk environment - Experience in providing technical support via telephone, face to face and remote desktop/ management tools. - PC, Mac, Active Directory and Office 365 is a plus - Good knowledge of systems and hardware, database software applications and networking systems and procedures - Good English for communications
