Responsibilities:
• Support for all office user for IT technical.
• Providing help desk support office, computer set up, set up email address to employee, maintenance, and troubleshooting with global standard policy and procedure.
• Installing, moving and setting up user’s computer workstations, printers etc.
• Conducting routine maintenance on computer & scanning machine
• Ensure configuration of the hardware and software for the user
• Setting up Network cabling, PC Setup, Monitor server and Internet connection
• Involving in the procurement (Admin) process for hardware
• Maintain and ensure the Store and Warehouse system is functioning and to liaise with external vendor should problem arise
• Design and Develop the web
• Maintain the domain and hosting
• Technical Assistance to the staff and other facilities
• Other duties assign by Manager.
Requirements:
• Age 24-35, Cambodia candidate
• Male/ Female
• Graduated bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT
• If has Experience with E-Commerce website and network is priority candidate
• Able working under pressure
• Good in English capabilities is an advantage.
• Able to travel to visit all outlets in Phnom Penh
