Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: • Install and configure software and hardware for all staffs in each department. • Monitor operation on phone, site, ticket, email, chat. • Support Life Smart for ONLINE Showroom. • Support and maintain monitoring system Cacti, Nagios SUPPORTSRV-01. • Report inventory and analyse budget plan for staff request.

Job Requirements:

Requirements: • Understand well about network and Mikrotik is a plus. • At least has the working experience with IT field. • Should be flexible and challenge to set the priority of tasks at the same time.
