Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing
customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Conduct market research to get obtain new customers.
- Sales online thru email and other social media.
- Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales
leads & sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report,
and quotation).
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Record sales and order information in the report to keep
good sales tracking.
- Deliver good sales performance to meet sales target.
- Responsible for manage cost calculations, and providing
customers with best competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work
required to close sales.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and
existing contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Logistics,
International Business,)
- 1-2 years experiences in sales logistics.
- Good knowledge in freight forwarding (Air Import/Export,
Ocean Import/Export).
- Good command of speaking and writing English. Chinese is
an advantage.
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
- Service minded, self-motivated, able to work independently
with good team player spirit
- Good relationship with supporting suppliers (shipping line,
airline, and trucking companies)
