• Controlling the activities and actions of the HR department; • Develop and implement strategies, goals, and policies for the HR/Admin department ensuring they support the overall company; • The process of workforce planning and recruitment various department Managers to ensure the right resources; • The onboarding and orientation of new employees ensuring with hiring, recruiting has the necessary information to provide the best introduction for all new employees; • The coordination the performance development process and develop supportive procedures for the provision of relevant and useful feedback between owner and employees; • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures; • Manage all requirements for the company; • Perform other administrative tasks such as Payroll, staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff appraisal, Staff movement, staff safety and fine out staff problems; • Purchase and Maintain office supplies and equipment and control stock for company; • Make contract, agreement and other necessary document; • Make monthly expense budget and record all expense with accountant to owner • Ensure Staff hiring, recruitment, selection, orientation, etc; • Other tasks assigned by owner

• University in business administration or related field; • At least 2-3 years of experience leading and developing a team of HR senior or supervisor and Manager; • Capacity to be organized and able to meet deadlines; • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment; • Good punctuality, attitude, honesty, willing, commitment, trust- worthy, morality; • Good policy, regulation, attention, motivation-skill, pushing, memo, alert and face to face suggestion for all staff; • Good communication in English and Khmer both of Speaking and writing • Ability to work full time and full day (Monday to Saturday and 7:00am to 6:00pm) • Flexible, quickly, smart to staff solution if necessary from owner or under controlling • Good computer administration, Internet & E-mail or more * Local Candidate only * Location at Khan Dongkao-1/Sensok-1post, Phnom penh, Cambodia * Working from Monday to Saturday (full day) and 7:30am to 5:30pm * Holiday for Water festival, pchum ben or khmer new year only. * Salary start from $500+ or more depend on talent of the candidate
