Responsibilities:

• Core business is in the development of cities and large-scale B2B processing projects. • As we build our Cambodia team we aim to hire local leaders with an understanding of the local market and culture. • HR director you will play a key part in recruiting and building a successful team, developing staff and devising a range of HR policies to suit the local market. • Permanent job within our company and will report into our global HR leader as well as a local CEO within Cambodia. • The HR Director will combine operational and strategic work. • HR in Cambodia, strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations, a network of suppliers and partners and proven experience of building teams and hiring staff. • Full initiation will be given to the successful applicant and so a capacity development background is required. • Basic understanding of the Business industry would be desirable. • The company can offer you a challenging and rewarding role which may grow in line with the company’s requirements, as well as international exposure and ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• At least BBA/MBA of B2B, HR management, Public Political abroad, Training conduction in HR/Labor Law both of function or Cambodia requirement • At least 3-5 years of HR management, senior supervisor, KPI estimate of HR criteria • Compensation, HR strategy and business analyst to local and globalization issue convenience • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety. • Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training HR/Law and business development Cambodia legal • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance, HR initiatives, • internal policies and legal standards (Cambodian staff) • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability facility Autism staff/peoples and solution etc., --- Working Location at Chamkadoung, Phnom Penh, Kandal Province, Cambodia ---Salary start from $700-$900 or Assessment criteria ---Chemical & Construction Industrial
