Job Responsibilities:

• Operates and oversees nursery service in the clinic, • Develops department’s objectives and procedures, • Leads and manages daily operations of inpatients and outpatients divisions, • Plans, leads and monitors nurse training and development, • Evaluates SOPs and KPIs of nurses, • Resolves customer complaints efficiently and effectively, • Conducts regular meetings with nurses, • Communicates effectively with customers, managers, and staff, • Participates in all emergency codes within the clinic, • Performs other tasks assigned by General Manager;

Job Requirements:

• A minimum Degree in Nursery Science or related degree, • At least 4-5 years experience in nursery management, • Good communication skills - flexible, adaptable, and initiative, • Be approachable, honest, and open-minded, • Strong commitment and tasks oriented, • Good command of written and spoken in Khmer and English, Mandarin is an advantage, • Good communication skills - flexible, adaptable, and initiative;
