Responsibilities:
1-Produce Design Concepts/artwork, bringing the brief and concept to life based on the customer’s value and company’s vision/mission.
2- Provide timely updates on results and activities base on task or project plan as deadline set.
3- Supports all BU and FU in graphic design for annual strategic plan and implementation.
4- Photo shooting for company event/activities if required or outsource photographer to fill up this scope of work.
5- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Specialist and outside vendors for printing marketing-related material.
6- Making sure artwork is correct in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities.
7- Creation, update and maintenance of company brochures, presentation material with support from BU/FU leads
8- Providing support for exhibitions (artwork design, photo shooting, others as requested)
9- Organize working folders in SharePoint/ common drive share-CAM folder, by following file name format
10- To perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
-Associate's or bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
-Minimum one-year experiences in graphic design, communication design, social media, email and online marketing.
-Bonus points for cross-cultural design experience
-Good command of English, verbal and written
Technical:
- Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop and Flash, Illustrator (video editing skill is a plus)
-Using graphic design and other relevant software
-Knowledgeable of photography art and lighting
Human Relations:
-Good communication Skill
-Customer focus with a desire to over deliver on quality
Business:
-Understanding trends within the scope of the industry the company working in
-Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process
-Strong creative presence and artistic flair
-Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
-Is a detail-oriented person and be able to meet deadlines.

-Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
