We are looking for an experienced General Manager:
- Location: Kratie province
- Full-Time
- Salary: $500 - $800
- Specialized in:
• Real estate project management
• Marketing and Sale
Responsibility and Duties
- Develop, Instruct, Execute and track Project Implementation Plan (PIP)
- Develop SOP and Policies
- Macro-manage and oversee construction team progression
- Develop and maximize effective workflow
- Develop KPI and Report template
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Participate in development of marketing and sale strategy planning
- Oversee social media page, publishing and digital marketing strategy
- Develop and implement M&E framework
Requirements:
Requirements
- Experience 4 years in management level (Real estate field)
- Capable of using various relevant Microsoft office software
- Good interpersonal skill and leadership skill
- Self-Initiated, suggestive and not just following instruction
- Resilience, can work under-pressure, deadline-driven task accomplisher
- Innovative mindset and deep understanding in conventional marketing and digital marketing
