Job Responsibilities:
- Functional of Majoring of Account & Finance from Realty & Property Priority, - Process tax amount reporting for all states in a timely manner, - Responsible for providing timely and accurate analysis of Tax Amount Reporting and preparing manual payments of property tax bills in compliance with the guidelines, - Create Policy or Procedure of Account and Finance, - Set up accounting standard CIFRS for SMEs, - Managing accounting functions (A/R, A/P, G/L, fixed assets, monthly closing, taxation), - Prepare monthly/annually income statement, - Prepare Company Balance Sheet, - Prepare Company financial statement, - Managing Company cash flow, - Liaising with external auditors and tax agents, - Advising, training, and supervising the accounting team, - Managing all accounting activities, - Improve accounting systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions,
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance or CAT. - At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting/Finance Management from Construction or Real Estate, Condos, Property process and Leasing (Borey), - Strong experience in a managerial accounting role, - Knowledge in accounting procedures, - Good Knowledge of the taxation Real Estate, Condos, Property process and Leasing (Borey), - Experience in dealing with tax agents, - Good computer skills MS Office & QuickBooks or other accounting programmer, - Good command of Chinese is a plus necessary, - Be hard work, honest, patient, and reliable person.
