Job Summary:
Logistics/ Freight/ Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
1. 控制CSR团队
2.照顾VIP客户
3. 每日更新及报告管理
4. 发生问题时立即处理,当客户在交货证明中提出要求时以及客户有任何要求时解决
5、按时向客户提交日报
6. 电子邮件通讯
7. 检查并更新发货问题(金边和省内)
8. 按月计费
9. 根据客户要求每月召开一次会议
10. 确保所有装运检查点必须按照合同按时交货
11、备案管理
12、总经理、运营经理交办的其他事项
Job Requirements:
1. 相关专业本科学历。
2. 基本的计算机知识(MS Word/Excel、互联网、电子邮件)。
3. 至少1-2年物流、销售、客户服务等相关经验。
4. 良好的沟通、谈判能力。
5. 能够使用英文和中文进行交流。
6. 能够与来自不同背景的人一起工作。
7. 责任和诚信。
8. 态度好,有事业心,能承受工作压力。
9. 来自物流行业者优先。
