Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved.
- Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Supervisor
- Follow Assigned Work Schedule and always be punctual.
- Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Management.
- This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.
Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of using Smart Phone iOS & Android.
- Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team work, friendly and Honesty.
• Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure.
• Good Comment in Vietnam reading and writing, English or Chinese is advantage.
• Hard-working, smart, flexible and fast learner.
