Responsibilities:
You’re the front line of support for clients and customers and you help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services and features.
Your Daily Tasks will include but not limited to:
• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about company’s products and services
• Manage Customer Onboarding & Account Maintenance documentation that set up is completed accurately and timely
• Assist customers with creating and uploading orders as well as other administrative duties to coordinate financial activities
• Handle routine questions from customers, actively communicate and coordinate with supervisor to identify and resolve operations issues
• Any other tasks and duties assigned by manager from time to time
Requirements:
• At least 1-year experience in Customer Service function or relevant experience
• Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin and ability to speak English or local dialects (to liaise with Mandarin or local dialect speaking clients) will be an advantage
• Highly energetic individuals, cheerful personality with a strong enthusiasm in the Fintech industry
• Strong customer service, strong interpersonal and good communication skills and ability to perform under stress and tight deadlines
• Being professional and exhibit a sense of calm, consistency, grace and courtesy toward the customers
• Good working attitude & good learning attitude. Being open to changes & having the courage to step out of your comfort zone
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft Office and social channels
