Responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION: • Managing customer data, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, and reports etc. • Upload essential market data to support performance metrics and ensure optimal sales team deployment • Making outbound phone calls each day • Vertical focus: cold call, email, social, direct mail, etc. • Responsible for maintaining of data management, execute account assignment/reassignment for sales members for new and existing customer accounts • Implement new enhancements including workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns • Create documentation, maintain standardization and identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and procedures. • Participate in cross teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and operations • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, qualified leads worked, deals closed, etc) • Organize data, clean up pipeline, and produce weekly reporting • Tracks the customer's historic responses - or analyzes the results of the campaigns as they occur

Requirements:

• One or two Years experiences of this filed • Ability to learn systems and processes quickly • Proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and grow • Good written and oral communication skills • Ability to accurately prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks on-time
