Responsibilities:

 To improve sales performance for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Department  To oversee Corporate Sales Team activities in order to ensure that daily work of team member are achieved  To ensure that individual and team member monthly target are hit  To maintain and growth sales volume to existing customers  To build up relation with enterprise customers and government institution such as logistic and transportation of the Company, road construction, sand driller, government officers, and etc.  To prepare proposal for biding with government project  To Provide high standard of service to customers at all times and address customer’s complaints/issues in the professional manner  To manage quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the company’s policies and procedures  To collect supporting documents and prepare credit application with provision of strong analysis, recommendation, and business justification  Be vigilant on any early credit warning signs and produce immediate report on potential financial or operations losses  To prepare weekly, monthly, and pipeline management report  Other assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:
