Responsibilities:

- Familiar with analysis equipment, including HPLC, GC, photometer, dissolution tester, etc - Knowledgeable in provisions for drug registration and related technical guideline and capable of applying it to reality work environment - Competence in searching documents and patents; Good at English, capable of reading foreign Pharmacopoeia fluently, such as USP, EP, BP, etc - Proficiency in writing materials and documents for FDA drug application; Familiar with FDA GMP authentication; 3-4 years successful experience with FDA drug application - Collaborate with synthetic biologists for an interdisciplinary - Target binding properties ultimately delivering families etc

Requirements:

- Technical or PhD in synthetic organic chemistry and experience leading a medicinal chemistry program from hit to lead,Pharmaceuticals field - With 7-9 years successful experience with pharmaceuticals analysis; Familiar with pharmaceutical R&D process; Knowledgeable in expertise, including formulations, pharmaceuticals analysis, etc - Management chemistry leadership through clinical development - Medicinal chemistry thought leader and publication and patent record - Coordination pharmacology data and communicator within the organization - Senior facilities of Medicinal Chemistry - Reputation for medicinal chemistry - Passion for natural products chemistry medicinal chemistry and mechanisms - Understanding Local Languages both Speaking proficiency - Computer literature, Internet and E-mail - Punctuality, patient, commitment, honesty, time management
