Job Responsibilities:
• Provide professional support to customers, receive phone calls and consult with the customer, solve the problem for the customer etc. • Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions, providing information • Provide customers with product and service information or promotion • Complete call logs produce call reports to Supervisor
Job Requirements:
• Graduated/Studying Bachelor Degree • Good command in Chinese by including listening, reading and writing, being able to read and write English • Must be excellent communication skills and always be patient • Experience in related field is preferable • Ability to deal with difficult situations • Initiative, high sense of responsibility • Good communication and interpersonal skills Remark: • Call Center Agent Chinese Speaking Working time 1 PM-9 PM / 3 PM-11 PM
