Responsibilities:
o Create and update expense reports
o Process reimbursement forms
o Prepare bank deposits
o Enter financial transactions into internal databases
o Check spreadsheets for accuracy
o Maintain digital and payment records
o Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
o Billing the payment, purchasing, stock management materials
o Project site payment, deposit, depot bills expenses for sand,
cement etc.,
o Payslip to worker, technical at site construction every weeks or
Monthly
o Review and file payroll documents
Requirements:
o BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
o Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Account office
o Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
o Familiarity with finance regulations
o Tax/VAT/With holding tax, tax profits, tax monthly declaration
o Able to communicate Chinese, English, Khmer (read, write)
o Good math skills and thinking
o Ability stay at province, (food and accommodation in site) only.
+ Salary at least $300-$350. base on experience.
